An AI note-taking app that files your notes for you
Most notes apps give you an AI button. Notita's AI runs on every note before you see it: title, tags and date are filled in, from your own tag library, in your language. Here is what it does, what it learns, what you can teach it and what it never does.

What it does with every note
You write, speak, add a photo or send a WhatsApp message. Within seconds the note is finished.
A title
Short and specific, in the words you used, so the card is readable at a glance.
Tags from your library
It picks from the tags you already have and only adds a new one when nothing fits. Household stays Household; Gym does not become Fitness.
The date
“Tomorrow at 4”, “next Friday”, “on the 12th” become a due date, with the time when you said one.
What it learns about you
The more you use Notita, the better the filing gets. Six things build up, all inside your account.
Your tags
Which tags you keep, which you remove, which you use together.
Your language
Spanish, English or anything else: the title and tags follow the note, or the tag language you choose.
Who's who
That Luna is your dog and Sara is your sister, from the notes themselves.
Your style
Short titles, your spelling of names, the tags you prefer for recurring things.
Your corrections
A thumb down on a tag, or Groceries instead of Shopping, is remembered next time.
About you
A few facts you write in Settings: where you live, your work, your family, your projects.
What you can teach it
You do not have to wait for it to learn. Open About you in Settings and write a few lines in plain words: “I'm a nurse, I live in Lisbon, my kids are Dan and Noa, Luna is our dog.” The AI reads those facts when it files a note.
On any note, a thumb up or down on a tag says whether the choice was right, and the Fix tags drawer lets you swap a tag and shows the ones it almost chose. Say it once and it stays.
What it never does
Some lines are fixed.
No training on your notes
Your notes are processed to file them and nothing else. They are not used to train any model, ours or a provider's.
Text is sealed
Note text and the About you facts are encrypted before they reach the database. Nobody at Notita can read them in the clear.
No audio kept
Voice notes are transcribed and the recording is discarded.
Insights
On Pro and Premium, the same data draws charts of your week: when you write, how many tasks you finish, which tags are rising or quiet and which could be merged, and what has been open for more than 90 days. It is a mirror of your own notes, not a score.
