Notita is a note-taking app with AI. You write, speak, add a photo or send a WhatsApp message, and it comes back as a finished note with a title, tags and a due date. This page lists every feature, what it costs and where it works.

Capture it any way
A note starts wherever you are. The composer takes text, a tap on the mic, a photo from your camera or a pasted link. Away from the app, a WhatsApp message to your Notita number becomes a note too.
Text and links
Type a line or paste a link. A link is filed by what it points to: the site becomes a tag, and a YouTube or Instagram link is read for its title.
Voice
Tap the mic and talk. The recording is transcribed in the language you speak, and the audio is discarded.
Photo
Add a photo from your camera or gallery. The note keeps the picture and the AI reads what it shows for the title and tags.
Send text, a voice note or a photo to your Notita number from any phone. It lands in the app within seconds.
Filed without lifting a finger
Every note is finished by the AI before you see it: a short title, the right tags from your own library and the date it mentions. Nothing to file, nothing to name.
AI titles
A title that says what the note is about, in your words, not a generic summary.
Tags from your library
Tags come from the ones you already use, so Household stays Household and nothing splits into near-duplicates.
Dates caught from the text
“Tomorrow at 4”, “by Friday”, “the 12th”: a date in the note becomes its due date, with the time when there is one.
Checklists
A list becomes a checklist. Tick items off one by one, and mark the note done when you are through.
Cards, list or grouped by tag
See your notes as cards, as a list or stacked by tag. Filter by tag, by due date or by what is still open.
It reminds you
A note with a date is a task. Notita shows what is due today, what is overdue and what is coming, and can message you on WhatsApp before the time.
Reminders
In the app, a reminder up to two hours before the due time. On Premium, a WhatsApp message at the lead time you choose.
Repeating notes
Every hour, day, week, month or year, or your own interval. The next copy appears on schedule, and the previous open one is filed.
Google Calendar
Notes with a date can sync to your Google Calendar as events, one way, from Notita.
Pin and place
Pin a note to keep it at the top. Add a place and open it in Google Maps.
Duplicate
Copy a note, tags and all, to reuse it as a template.
Insights
On Pro and Premium, Insights draws charts of your notes: when you write, how many tasks you finish, what is overdue or open for more than 90 days, which tags are rising or quiet and which could be merged.
It reads only your own notes and runs inside your account.
On every device, with or without a signal
Notita is a web app you install from the browser. One account, the same notes on your phone, tablet and computer.
Installs from the browser
Add it to the home screen on iPhone and Android, or to the dock on Mac and Windows. No app store.
Works offline
Read and write without a connection. Changes sync when you are back online.
Seven languages
The app speaks English, Spanish, French, German, Hebrew, Italian and Portuguese. Notes can be in any language.
