Where Keep is the better choice
You live in Google Workspace and want notes in the side panel of Gmail and Calendar. You want colour-coded notes on a grid and reminders that fire when you reach a place. You never want to pay for anything: Keep has no paid tier at all.
If that is you, Keep is a fine app and Notita will not change your mind.
Moving from Keep
There is no importer yet. Copy the notes you still need into Notita's composer; the AI files each one as it arrives, and lists paste as checklists. Keep stays where it is; nothing is deleted.
